📜 Ultimate Guide to Firefly Forest (WIP)

:firefly_forest: Firefly Forest is a location in Prodigy Math Game. The area is located west of the island, above the player’s :house_math_: House and below :dyno_dig_oasis: Dyno Dig Oasis. Its primary element is :plant: Plant, and the master wizard for the element is Flora. It is the first location to have an updated quest line and look, besides the Academy. The elemental currency for this location are :florans: Florans.

Most of the pets here are low-leveled, varying from level 5 to at least 60 or 70. One section sometimes has max leveled pets, but the rest are lower. Keep in mind that some of these pets are all-obtainable, while some are :membership: member exclusive, or require large amounts of :magicoin: Magicoin! You’ve been warned!

đŸ—ș Locations

Firefly Forest has several locations. It is one of the broader and more widespread locations in the game. Here are the locations of Firefly Forest.

  • :deciduous_tree: The Big Tree: This is where players spawn when either teleporting there from the map navigation or walking there from :lamplight_town: Lamplight Town. Here, you can see the big tree, a tall one with pink leaves with a door in the middle (Flora’s home), a merchant and their small wagon, along with the master wizard, Flora.

  • :fly: Firefly Clearing: You can access this clearing by advancing left from The Big Tree area. Here, you can see a :member_chest: member chest, along with another merchant where you can turn in your fireflies for rewards! Sometimes, monsters will spawn here as well!

  • :fish: Stonefish Beach: If you go straight from The Big Tree, you will come across another wide space. Another :member_chest: member chest will be here, along with a gray, stonefish statue to the right in the lake. There are trees in the background, and a monster will also spawn here.

  • :fishing_pole: Fisherman’s Pond: Going to the left at the top of Stonefish Beach will lead you to this area. Ahead will be a :open_chest: chest that contains the Enchanted Stick. This will be opened either during the tutorial quest or remotely by the player. Two monsters will spawn here mostly, although sometimes Pippet can spawn here with a single monster. There are small trees and shrubs in the background as well.

  • :potted_plant: Grassy Clearing: Here, after going up north from Fisherman’s Pond, you can end up here. Here, three monsters will spawn. The background is simply grass with some variety colored trees and shrubs. You will have to battle at least one pet to advance, although pets do have cooling (respawning) intervals.

  • :motorway: The Crossroads: This is an open large clearing. A monster will often spawn here, and there are two paths: one that leads west into the Mountain Pass and one that leads northeast to the Old Road.

  • :herb: The Old Road: Going northeast, you will be at the Old Road. It has another merchant with their wooden cart, along with a :open_chest: chest. Two monsters will usually spawn here. A cloaked wizard will also spawn here if the player has yet not defeated them yet. There are several trees, bushes, and the lake on the right side. Going straight you will find Gerald, sleeping peacefully along with up to four other pets in the area.

  • :shamrock: Old Road Remains: If you go straight after going through The Old Road, there will be another large open area. Three monsters will spawn here, along with several trees, shrubs, and scenery in the background.

  • :deciduous_tree: Firefly Crossing: Here, going left of the Crossroads and going down, you will end up here. The stump will be in the middle, along with two to three spawned monsters and several trees and shrubs in the background. The walkway that leads to here is also considered Firefly Crossing. A :member_chest: member chest will spawn here, and usually there is a monster in front of it.

:mountain: Mountain Gate: Going right from Firefly Crossing, you will be here. Two monsters will spawn, along with a small area with shrubs and trees in the background. Usually more evolved ones spawn here.

:white_check_mark: Just letting you know: Firefly Forest has had an updated amount and changed some of their quests! This means some of these might be different now than the previous ones they’ve had before!

  • :troll: Encountering the Monster: The player, after being introduced to Flora and her expectations, will have to face two monsters, accompanied by the nervous merchant,(Scally) in :fly: Firefly Clearing.

  • :ice-element: Getting an Ice Pet: The wizard after defeating the monsters, will have to go to :shiverchill_mountains: Shiverchill Mountains to rescue a Shadric for their advantageous use.

  • :magic_wand: Rescue Florian: The wizard along with their new pet will have to rescue Florian in :fish: Fisherman’s Pond. They will see the Puppet Master and Pippet there, along with Flora as she travels along with the player during quests.

📣 Trivia

To be added.

Thanks for reading! I’ll add the rest of this soon and update it!
 I hope you enjoyed it so far! Comment suggestions on other guides I should make!

Not bad!
A suggestion is that you make this a wiki, then expand it to all of them!
Anyways in the meantime I’ll give this a 7.78989/10

Nice guide. I have some critique about this, though.
Good start for making a guide!

  • Use the actual name, which is Firefly Forest.
  • Make the guide more interactive. Use emojis, valid description and information, images, and preferably unbiased opinions or information.
  • A more detailed introduction to which game this zone pertains to, where it is, the corresponding element, etc.

You think so?
Ha. That’s true. I would’ve liked to have done this guide, though.
I’ll do another one on spells. I might have to demote myself to regular because I’m going to make some huge guides on every single spell in each element.

Okay, I’ll work on all these. Thanks for the critique and sorry for the ping. I’ve already changed the name, so I’ve got that going for me.

It’s a start. You did pretty well, though.

Yeah, its my first guide ever, anywhere so
anyway, I’m working on it (look at the title)

You’re right! I didn’t notice that!
It’s pretty decent for a first guide, and I like the format of it.
I also pinned a complex guide on multiples here: :closed_book: Multi-Hit Spells

You call this NOT hilarious? It’s HILARIOUS!

okay, thanks then. I’m glad you enjoyed it!

i just ask
why should this be pinned?
no offense but i believe topics important to the forum such as the rules and announcements should be pinned and 1 should be a banner since discourse only lets 1 topic be a banner.
i suggest unpinning this topic and pin the ones important to the forum.

:magicoin: This is why!

auto bump can be used.

I would rather go without the trouble.
And we don’t want to bump every single topic we have.

Yes that would work, except how long between each bump? Also it would cause a bit of clutter
