removed spell-guides since the title can explain if it is a spell guide or not
removed old-features as it is unnecessary and can just be in the guide.
and removed reference for the same thing for the old-features tag
added guide due to this being a guide.

Dyno dig,tower town, and arcade are pretty much dead.
no one does them, but dark tower, still has some pretty good stuff, (Mira robes, are still quite good) but its only memebership
