As some of you know, I am the ice warden. I ONLY USE ICE. I use the best ice relic from the ice quest line, and two lumiot, but there is one problem. My only ice wand has like 30 power. I CANNOT HAVE A WAND WITH 30 POWER!!! Currently, instead, i am using the eclipse sky scythe until I can find a replacement. So, if possible, could anyone tell me where a NON-MEMBER good ice wand is available to a level 80? Thanks!

Ice sickle got me through 75% of the game. till I was level 95.
