So, I have read @NoNoWahoo’s The Relic Games, and I decided to do something like that…
but I wont be doing what he did because that would be plagiarism. So we are going to do a bunch of pets in a battle against each other. Specifically, Island region against island region. It’ll be intense, with some descriptions of blood.
If you want to join:
Please give me your name, pet, gender, region, (based on your pet), and your character’s personality. I need at least 5, but I’m hoping for more!
Put your region in the poll for it (its in the comments)
I will start as soon as I have at least 4 qualifying entries. For the complete story I will need at least 2 from each region so its at least semi-fair.
And please no:
Mythical epics (this was a later edit so @Mulberry_HybrdPrince you can stay a Luna)
nonexistent/unobtainable pets/epics
crowding the topic with comments, because I don’t want to have to track down your entries…
Ok, here it is!!! (Embers -an Embershed- is me).
Embers growled. Something wasn’t right. An air of danger loomed in the air. She even thought she could smell a faint trace of blood.
She pawed the ground nervously. She couldn’t shake off a feeling or dread. Lava bubbled around her, heat waves rising up and giving Bonfire Spire its trademark unbearable heat.
Embers snarled instinctively. What was going to happen?

LegoProdigyD turned down his body temperature to zero, yet he still sweated in the heat of the nearby Spire, the lava geyser that had just erupted. He still couldn’t completely comprehend how he had come to Bonfire Spire.
He had been at Skywatch for a visit, and a hurricane had started. He had been blown off of the edge of a cloud and drifted into Bonfire Spire. There, he had gone under trial with all the pets. The final verdict-he could stay. But he was still viewed with suspicion with some of the older creatures.
The heat was relentless, pressing him into a fluffy white ball of sweat.
He saw an Embershed glide through the air above him, arms outstretched to land. It touched down, and its wings twitched before folding onto its back.
It was Embers, one of the best fighters in Bonfire Spire. She glanced at LegoProdigyD, then trotted over.
“What are you doing so close to the Spire?” She demanded. “You know there’s a Magmischief that likes to hang around here.”
LegoProdigyD tried to look formidable, but it was hard, what with Embers’ sharp-pointed horns aimed toward his face.
Embers leaned back a little, her face softening. “You should get out of here. Something’s not right.”
LegoProdigyD asked, “Why? What’s wrong?”
Embers’ wings unfolded. “I don’t know,” she replied. “But everything’s not alright.” Embers shot up into the air, leaving a shower of red grit to fall in her wake.

Mr. Fluff Fluff made a flying leap over a ravine, panting. He slashed a nearby rock aggressively. It was satisfying.
Mr. Fluff Fluff then spread his wings and took off, looking for something to terrorize. He found a kebab stand and nabbed a snack from it, then dashed behind a rock before he could be caught.
Clawing a grilled LavaFruit off a wooden stick and swallowing it, Mr. Fluff Fluff’s mind turned to the Snowfluff that had been living in Bonfire Spire for a short time. That should be his target.
He swiftly finished off his kebab, then leapt into the sky. As he sliced through the air,he caught sight of Embers, the annoying Embershed that always hung around the Spire. She was gliding in circles, staring at a fuzzy white shape that was moving fastly across the land.
Embers stopped circling and drew closer to Mr. Fluff Fluff. “What are you doing here?” She snarled.
“I live here,” Mr. Fluff Fluff countered. “Now, if you’ll excuse me, I want to see what this ball of white is down there…”
Immediately Embers blocked his way. “Stop! What are you doing?”
Mr. Fluff Fluff chuckled meanly. “What, are you growing soft on him?”
Embers snarled and flew away. As she disappeared into a haze of smoke, Mr. Fluff Fluff heard her voice drift into his ears.
“Mr. Fluff Fluff’ll be the death of this place.”

Epi320 stomped his hoof down in frustration. He had just lost a fight with a visiting Mystile that was weaker than him.
“I thought we were higher up there than Firefly Forest,” he muttered, chuckling at his own lame joke.
Epi320 flattened himself to the ground as a strong gust of wind swept through the air.
