Prodigy Updates that weren't the Best

Hi Guys, this topic is about some of the times where Prodigy’s updates actually weren’t really the best or made lots of us sad
Feel free to also add your own thoughts below!

  1. Magicoin

I good thing about inventing Magicoin was that it allowed non-members to evolve their pets:) Although it seemed really good at first, it also made Prodigy Math feel like real-life inflation:( Because Prodigy is supposed to be a kids game, this makes prodigy really mean! It also gave members a LOT more benefits

  1. Level Caps for Pets

This makes it impossible to level up pets that aren’t fully evolved, which is really sad because this means that you won’t be able to use them properly in battles because they can’t be that strong. This also means that you must get a lot of magicoin to evolve them and this can sometimes be hard for non-members

  1. Removing Islands and other Fun Places

Lots of places that players enjoyed (such as Harmony Island and the Crystal Caverns) were removed to add other updates, but it would be a lot nicer and more fun if these places were kept in the game with the new update places (like Dragon Isle) as well

  1. Adding too much Pet Evolutions

Maybe it would be better if Prodigy added new pets instead of just giving pets so much evolutions… This also makes some of your pets stuck on the same level unless you evolve them.

  1. The 2024 Update in Prodigy English

It made us lose stuff that we’d worked so hard on, included all our gold and materials, plus your village was basically gone! This update wasn’t really nice… Anyways, Prodigy English should have done an update that didn’t make us lose so much stuff instead

  1. The new Prodigy English Job Board

Before the update you could complete unlimited jobs and earn so much gold! But now there are only a limited amount that you can do, and you have to wait for more jobs that refresh every 12 hours

  1. Members getting so much stuff

A long time ago members only got a bit more stars and gold, but now they get so much stuff, most of which is a lot better than what non-member players can get… Prodigy is always becoming more and more pay to win :(

Anyways, even though some stuff could be better, Prodigy is still a good game!

It is the dreaded 2023 battle remake, almost every spell looks the same, harmony island was bye bye, if you answer questions right you Can miss attacks even if you answered it right, the only good thing was THAT YOU CAN CHOOSE WHO TO HIT

And the AoEs are now if you miss them, the AoEs don’t work, which nerfed my favorite legendary, Regalaxy. MY BOY GOT NERFED​:sob:
