Hey there, magical forumers! (reminder from your staff, and kat!)
This is a message from your staff members here to give a message on BEHAVIOUR:
I know, recently one of our staff has recently been demoted due to dishonoring the moderator role- and I want to inform you on how one should act in general, with or without a leadership/staff role.
As a member of the community, which includes many age variants, we encourage the following actions:

Act accordingly as if people as young as seven were to appear on the site.
(Yes, we are aware of Discourse™ set rules that users age 13 and up only are permitted to join… but mind you, the Prodigy Game was made for young primary schooler kids, so we should act mature for so.) -
Show helpful, encouraging, and kind attitudes. We are a community that should, assist, uplift, and overall bring a good mood to others.

Showcase maturity and leadership skills — anywhere and everywhere. Even If you aren’t trust level 3 or higher, you should display good qualities as a human being and be someone to be admired of. Qualities such as these also pay off; if you have qualities like these, it shows us staff that you may be able to take on a larger role in our community.
We also do not want to see the following actions from any of our members- especially those holding staff or leader roles:
- Suggestions of self harm, harm to others, or threats of any sort or kind. (Explicit examples of this would be: “Go die; “I hope y’all get/have ___; I take notes of your personal info; I will find you,” etc. and more in the lines of those.
(You must obviously state if what you’re saying is a joke: Such as “I’m going to throw you off a bridge, foo”, and following as: “jk, /j, joke, or “it’s a joke,” etc.)
If you see anyone acting in this manner, IMMEDIATELY contact staff and we will handle it as soon as possible.

Substitutes, bypassing, and saying vulgar languages is NOT tolerated. Using invisible characters, emoticons, etc. to display inappropriate behavior will not slide by any of our staff. We also do not want anyone using acronyms for vulgar language.

References to alcohol, drugs, gangs, smoking, and other behaviour others may do that could or potentially be law-breaking.

Images containing NSFW (not safe for work) or derogatory content, inappropriate references, references to slurs or racism, and ect. are impermissible. We do not care if you think it is funny; it may not be funny to others. It is also unsafe and indecorous.

Suggestions of taking inappropriate violent/sexual actions to users such as, but not limited to: “touching, backshotting, thrusting, humping, moaning, in bed with__, under___, eating private areas (ew), rape, sex, and ect.” This will ABSOLUTELY make other users feel uncomfortable, and it is also concerning and unprofessional - especially in this kind of community.

Abusing the flag system to silence others for no constructive reason, especially towards staff members. Reason being is that it messes up our trust level promoting system, and makes it more difficult for those who want to work hard and go up a level. Please don’t let your envy or whatever you may be feeling transcribe into here; people deserve being rewarded for hard work, so please don’t mess it up for them.
None of our staff will take mercy to anyone, and will ban you as long as we see fit. There are no exceptions, no backtalk, nor ban evading (which will get your ban extended longer.) Badmouthing the staff who had done what they were supposed to to and/or saying hurtful things about them can result in further action decided collectively by staff.
We are tired of repeatedly warning you and our warnings are ignored:

First offense: results in ONE SINGULAR WARNING.

Second offense: results in a silence, or suspension depending on the degree of your misbehaviour. (silencing can be up to three days, and suspensions can go on for longer. For the second offense, it may max up to two weeks.)

Third offense: results into an immediate suspension, and may escalate if you violate it repeatedly. (It can start off from a week, up to two months or longer.)

Ban evading will add 3-5 days more to your ban time.

After going through a third offense, if you continue to waste staff time and disrupt our community, we have our right to ban you entirely from our forum forever, and IP block you. (We hope we don’t have to get to that point, but if it does, here are the consequences plain and simple.)

Quick bans can also be cast from a staff member, and if they feel the need to discuss with the others about an appropriate ban time for a user, the ban can be a placeholder until someone knowledgeable enough (such as experienced mod, or an admin) can come online and agree upon a ban time for a user

If any staff member dishonors their role, and acts unprofessional and inadequate, admins have the right to demote you and/or ban you depending on the degree of your violation.

Rules are decided on staff discretion and are subject to change in some scenarios.
