It might be because you are a non-member
You have to actually claim the reward for it to count towards progressâŠ
(Thatâs why is says âClaim 15 festival rewardsâ)
So just because you COMPLETED the Member ones, you didnât CLAIM them, so it doesnât count.
Lemme show you mine for an example (although I got a few member ones because I had an Ultra Membership for a short time during Pumpkinfest before it expired):

Oh, and you might want to get rid of this part (at least the geographical location, minimum) before you get flagged because that language is not allowed, and itâs barely allowed in acronymsâŠ
as a nonmember, I did accedenty complete some member quests but I still canât claim the non member onesâŠ
